Our travel agent m/S Riva Holidays provided excellent services. I am thankful to Kapil for meticulous planning and continuous follow up for making the trip memorable. The services of Riva Holidays are economical with good quality hotels. We were a group of 8 senior citizens and the trip was smooth with least coordination at our end.. Would like too avail the services of Riva Holidays in future as well. S M Mittal Hospitality in Rajasthan is exemplary. One of our group member had some medical problem and had lot of restrictions regarding choice of food. All hotels went out of the way and prepared the food for her as was requested.

I have travelled to Rajasthan for 1st time and it was memorable trip. All the hotels for four locations (Mt. Abu, Udaipur, Ajmer & Jaipur) were excellent. The AC Tempo Traveller which was arranged for 7 people was also new and comfortable also driver was very co-operative and having good driving skills. In all trip to Rajasthan was excellent. Mr. Kapil you have done a good job, please keep it up.

Overall it was a good trip of Rajasthan. We went on a 6 night 7 day trip planning to cover Jaipur -> Bikaner -> Jaisalmer -> Jodhpur -> Pushkar -> Jaipur. We were two adults and one Kid (10 yrs). Mr Kapil Sharma booked the Hotels and cab(Etios) as per our requirement. The quotation was very competitive and I confirmed the booking after comparing the prices with a few others. Out of the planned trip we could not cover Pushkar due to lack of time. Mr Sharma was in contact with us throughput the trip about the facilities. The driver Sohan Singh (Sonu) although very young, was a punctual, respectful and a very safe driver. Probably being his first time around these parts, he did not have much knowledge about the sights and monuments. But, we didn't mind considering his age and experience in this industry(Thanks to google !).

I had a wonderful experience travelling with Riva holidays. Me. Kapil organised our trip. Driver was extremely helpful and nice person. When we visited it was raining heavily in Udaipur but yet we managed to visit all the places and enjoyed the weather. Had Rajasthani food, Hotels were good. Then we visited Mt. Abu, again the arrangements there as well were good. It was wonderful experience with Riva holidays.

It was a good experience . I had Jaipur(3d)-Ranthambore(1d)-Agra(1d). Driver -Anand Singh came to pick up us at early morning 6:30. He suggested to have tea on the way to Hotel and it was quite refreshing. Riva arranged early check-in for us as we reached in the morning without any extra pay. We did not follow an itinerary provided very strictly. We had good communication and coordination with Driver Anand singh. He took us to Amer fort and Nahargad fort on 1st day. Sunset at Nahargad was beautiful. Both these places are huge and little away from city hence it was good that we cover these places on single day. On second day we covered Hawa mahal, Shish mahal, Alberto and couple of more places. We did elephant ride in the evening which was a bit late and little disappointing but nice experience thou...

Exotic Kerala trip with friend and Family In general it was an enjoyable experience .I booked this tour through Riva Holidays because the owner of this company Mr. Kapil is very good friend of mine and I found my decision perfect. Staff was friendly and prompts in their responses and handling of enquiry and replies to all queries exceeded our expectations. Itinerary well organized and it was really worth coming to the back waters of Kerala. The chef on the houseboat for the tasty food he prepared and baburaj our driver of the tour for all the help he gave us.
